ORDER

RESERVE

Unfortunately, I do not accept reservations as of the moment since items are only available in limited quantities.

PAY

Confirmed Orders must be paid for within 48 hours. An order is considered confirmed when the buyer has received a confirmation message from me via e-mail or SMS.

If a buyer does not pay on time, the item will be re-listed on this website asap.

I accept payments via G-Cash. Deposits may also be made to my BDO Bank Account.

After payment has been made, please notify me via e-mail or text message.

Clients who will deposit payment to my bank account may be requested to provide a photo or scanned copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment.

DELIVERY

Streets of Seoul is based in Manila but buyers from outside Metro Manila are more than welcome to shop.

All shipping charges are to be shouldered by the buyer. All packages will be sent via Xend Express.

Charges are as follows:

WITHIN METRO MANILA 0.5 to 1.0 kg P65.00 Add-on per kg P25.00           OUTSIDE METRO MANILA LUZON, VISAYAS and MINDANAO 0.5 to 1.0 kg P80.00 Add-on per kg P70.00

Deliveries to clients living in Metro Manila will arrive in 1 to 2 working days after payment is received.

Deliveries to clients living outside Metro Manila will arrive in 2 to 3 working days after payment is received.

Please note that Streets of Seoul will not be liable for any delay, damage and/or loss that you will incur while the item is in transit.

TRACK

To track your order, please visit Xend Express and input the Xend Waybill number that we will be sending to you via e-mail or SMS.

PICK-UP

Location: Shopwise, Libis

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 12:00-1:00PM and 5:00-5:30PM (except holidays)

Please send me an SMS at least one (1) day before your preferred pick-up date and include the following details:

Name

Order – indicate style code and color if necessary

Time of pick-up

RETURNS

Streets of Seoul has a no return, no exchange policy. However, please be assured that all items will be checked thoroughly before they are sent to you.

Again, please take note that Streets of Seoul will not be liable for any delay, damage and/or loss that you will incur while the item is in transit.

SIZES

All items are free-size unless otherwise stated.

COLORS

I will try my best to show the real color of the merchandise in the photos. However, due to our varying monitor or screen settings, the colors of the merchandise may be a shade lighter or darker in actual.
